Orders without complete personalization information may be delayed, so please double-check your submission before checking out. Buyer is responsible for confirming that all personalization details are correct (artist can only go off what is provided).
Please Note: All of our ornaments are individually handpainted/handmade with great care and attention to detail. Because of this, each ornament takes a minimum of five (5) days to complete, in addition to the quoted shipping time.
In some rare cases, we may have a pre-painted ornament available, which could ship sooner—but this is not the norm. If you need your ornament by a specific date or sooner than the standard processing time, please message us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.
Also, please be aware that orders placed after November 1st may take longer than 5 days to complete due to our busy holiday season (November 1st–December 20th). We appreciate your patience and understanding during this festive time!
